USDA Loans compared to FHA

Hey everyone, I was hoping to get some feedback on USDA loans. I will soon be acquiring my first rental property hopefully in the next few months. I will be going for a pre approval in the next month or so. I plan on using an FHA to house hack but recently read about USDA loans in my area. Can anyone give me some advice/specifics with these loans, along with pros & cons? Any experience with these as well? Thanks so much!
