If the Loan is in my name but the deed includes me and my wife, will the property count towards her 10 property limit?
I'm offering on a new place, and am trying to position ourselves to avoid the 10-property fannie/freddie max for as long as possible.
If my wife is not on the loan, but is included on the deed, will the property count towards her property limit?
