HomePath or FHA Loan? (Court Ordered Judgment)

Matthew T.
Posted

Hello! I posted this in another forum with no solid information so I'll post it here.

I was wondering can I apply for a HomePath or an FHA Loan if I have a "court ordered" judgment on my credit report? I'm current on all my credit cards, students loans, etc. it's just I have some collections and one court ordered judgment on my credit report. I don't have any bankruptcies. I'm not sure if I could go the HomePath or FHA route or no route at all. It is going to be an owner occupied property and I was going to reside at the residence. Anybody with experience on this subject and could shed some light would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!
