Good morning all, I was hoping to get some feedback from anyone who has used the HML Finance of America before. Are they legitimate and are their costs in line with other lenders? I recevied a summary for a property I submitted and the costs seemed extremely high. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a Blessed day.
