Am I forced to move investment property title to my LLC?

Hi All!

I wanted to see if anybody could help me with this question as I couldn’t figure it out on my own.
I have a couple of investment properties and our Tax EA recommended that I form an LLC.

The properties are currently under my name and I was wondering if I would need to move the title of properties into the LLC through a quitclaim deed or if I could still keep the properties under my name and being able to use the tax write offs advantage of an real estate LLC.

I know another benefit was the limited liability should anything happen but I have a pretty good umbrella insurance and I know by keeping them under my name they would be easier to refinance.

I was trying to find the answer on the forums but I was unable to.

Does anybody know?
