Moving into an investment property with a investment loan?
So my question is this . What if someone bought an investment property and then a number of years down the road wanted to live in the property? At the time that they closed the loan it had to be considered an investment property which was the case, but sometimes life happens. Is there any sort of track record of whether or not a lender would give the borrower a hard time if the payments were current?
