Cash out Refinance Options
Writing this post for my mother who is currently looking to do a cash out refinance on her current house. The mortgage lender is Wells Fargo and she is paying around 6%. We are looking to lower the interest payment and do a cash out refinance of around 50k. Without going into specifics she has around 80% worth of equity on the property, and around 13 years left on the mortgage. Resides in Brooklyn, New York.
Please advise.
