Verifying lender information

Hello to all,

Hello to all,

I am looking to see if anybody has ever used A lender by the name of Kenneth B. Felts  with HOMEBUYERS LLC

4701 DOGWOOD DR DENTON, TX

I got a email from him the other day saying that he would be able to lend me money and I just wanna make sure that he is on the up and up

@Brian Lucy most lenders have a NMLS that you can research the individual some.  Most of the time we would recommend to work with lenders that come from a reference.  Specifically from another investor.  Assuming you are seeking an investment property since this website is about investment properties.  But if you are looking for lending on a primary home then a realtor might be a good place for a referral.  Anyway, hope this helps in some way.
