Getting a new job and getting a pre-approval
Hi All,
So I just got a pre approval for a home loan, but I might be getting a new job soon. I told my lender and he said I would lose the pre approval because he said he needs two years of income history from the current job in order to get a pre approval. Is this true? Is there any other work-around? Any valuable insight is appreciated :)
Thank you,
Gulliver
