Military Investor Issue with Loan Approval for Foreign Address

Hello!

I have a single family home that I am looking to cash refinance for future real estate investing opportunities. Primarily as down payment on other properties. I am a military service member who will be living in Germany for the next 3 years. My loan requests are denied solely due to a foreign address or APO address not working with their software for second home/investment loan requests. Lenders are not enthusiastic about using my home of record address as a substitute. How have other overseas investors gotten around this?

A potential solution is using an LLC's registering agent's address, but my income is being considered in the loan. I look forward to your responses. Thanks for your help!
