Hard money for sheriff sale
Hello All,
I am looking to purchase a property in an upcoming sheriff sale here in Cuyahoga County Ohio. However, an appraisal is required for my lender and they send someone to snap photos of the home interior. This will present an issue as I will likely not be able to access the interior of the property until closing is complete.
Has anyone worked with or know of any Hardmoney lenders that will lend on sheriff sale auction properties?
