Where to Find Private Money Investors and Direct Funds For Deals

Anyone know where and best way to find Private Money Investors? I have a good group of them and they are great, they definitely beat the industry standards on flexibility, easier processing and approvals, competitive rates and terms, and fund loans that the industry won't a lot of times. But of course every Investor just like the institutional Lenders have their guidelines the Private Investors have theirs and also their choice pf loans to their comfort zone each have their preferences. I am searching for more direct Investors. Any advice or interest? Deals in volume to fund and want to vamp up more marketing for both Borrowers and Private Money Investors... Any good sources? I know I probably won't get any direct contacts since in real estate and finance contacts are everything but people get lucky with others that are impartial and don't mind giving some tips.
