My business partner and I want to refi a SFH out of a hard money loan into a long term investor loan.

We want to aquire this loan in the name of our corporation.

Important details:

1. It's in a rural area

2. We are not pulling money out

3. We have enough equity to do 75/25 LTV

4. We are located in Utah

What options do we have?
