3 units to 2 units.
Hello All,
I have recently come to purchase a my first 3 unit in Maine. Lucky for me this 3 unit is made of 2 separate buildings. 2 units in one and 1 unit in the other. The one unit is quite big, 4 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, etc. The unit could use a little cosmetic work, nothing crazy. I wanted to get thoughts on the idea, of selling the 3rd unit. The 2 other units can still pay for themselves, with little profit. I'm thinking about waiting a few months, to build up some extra income then fixing it up and selling it so I can by another muti. Basically turning a 3 unit into a 2 so I can go buy another 3 unit Any thoughts? Thanks.
