Leveraging Existing Value
I'm brand new to this site so I hope this is the right place to post a question. I own a rental property outright that is currently generating rental income. I feel that considering the fact that I don't owe anything on the home, that there is an opportunity to leverage that value to purchase more properties. I just have no idea what is the best way to proceed. Any assistance would be appreciated.
