Closing on first single family home in Indy
After several years of educating myself on long-distance real estate investing and saving capital, I’m happy to announce that I finally pulled the trigger and I’m currently in the process of closing on my first investment property (single family home) in Indianapolis.
How soon after your first purchase did you buy your second investment property?
Hoping this is the first of many rental properties in the area. Looking to make connections in the area and elsewhere (I’m based in Brooklyn).
Cheers!
Jessica

Congrats on your purchase Jessica! Could you PM me the address who you are buying it from etc.?
I would definitely hold off on buying the second until you have this one stablized and cashflowing. Once you figure out all of your systems and your "team" on the ground ... then you can start tackling multiple at once.
Cheers!
