Is Real Estate Education Becoming More Lucrative Than Investing?
My husband and I have noticed a trend that many high net worth real estate investors are transitioning to real estate education? That makes sense as you can really leverage your time better and it doesn't carry all the risks of property investing. Is this really a trend or has it always been this way?
Of the ones that are out there, which trainings are recommended? Of course BP is fantastic, but it's always great to learn what else is out there... particularly those courses that are tailored to individuals that already have some deals under their belt. We'd also be interested in learning more about mastermind groups (e.g. GoBundance).
Thanks for the feedback in advance!
