Trying to close on a condo

Hello everyone so trying to close on a condo, and got a email stating I needed 6 months worth of reserves. Trying to figure out what qualifies as reserves as this is my first time. I have roughly 13-14k saved up with my girlfriend in her account. Would that qualify as reserves? Any insight would be helpful.
