How would you structure this deal?
I’m looking at a 4 unit that doesn’t “need” anything but everything is dated…
Asking price: $669k
12 bed
4 bath
Total rent $3100 between the 4 units
Delivered occupied
Taxes $7800
Insurance 3400
Built 1900
I’ve been playing with the numbers and they look decent however he said he would be open to owner financing and not sure how to structure that offer…
Owner says it doesn’t need anything and price seems reasonable so with this limited information how would you suggest putting together a owner financed deal? Am I missing any key info that would help with the offer?
Appreciate and and all advice!
Thank you
