Identifying ARV for Properties

Hi BP,

Interested in seeing which websites you use for comparing properties to similar properties in the same area. My goal is to try and estimate ARV of the home. Ive been using zillow but have a hard time identifying which properties are triplex's like the one im looking at.


I appreciate any help!
