Hello BiggerPockets Family!

I have started a small boutique hotel chain in South Africa πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦ Johannesburg and looking to join forces with more interested investors to expand our portfolio. We aim to be the largest privately held boutique hotel chain on the continent of Africa. Our initial project was a convert of a historical house in a historic neighborhood. After a year, we were able to launch our offerings and have since really honed in and defined our brand. Our next project is in Morocco and we are also looking to recapitalize our Johannesburg property to expand.

If your interested, please feel free to reach out and I look forward to chatting with you all!

Best Regards,

Gabriel Leavell
