Property Currently In A Trust
I’m trying to take control (purchase) a property that is currently in a trust. The trustee has passed away and the brother stated that nobody wants the property due to condition. They haven’t paid taxes in the past two years. My plan is to do a title search, pay past due taxes putting a lean on the house, then work with the brother to get control of the property. My question, is there a better way to do this? Am I thinking correctly?
