Using foreclosed houses for BRRRR?
My wife and I are just getting into investing. We have a duplex, but not lots of cash to throw around. We want to start BRRRR investing. I just saw a website showing dozens of cheap foreclosed houses in our area. Is this a good place to look for BRRRR-ing? What are the pros and cons of foreclosed houses?
