Multiple partner LLC and Loan Transfer

Thank you for reading and responding: I'm running into a roadblock. I have a 4 units multi-family and closing soon on another 3 units both in my personal name. My lender doesn't allow me to transfer the loan from my personal name to the LLC unless I have a majority interest in the LLC (at least 51%). I would like to get the loan off my name and into the LLC as soon as possible. I understand how to transfer the title into the LLC but can't figure a way to transfer the loan other than convincing my business partner to give up 1%. Anyone has a recommendation or a bank that can do a refinance that allow multiple member LLC at 50/50?
