I'm in the process as a new wholesaler trying to figure out where to put the amount that I'm owed in the Assignment Contract. Don't know if I should disclose that information actually. Also, should I have issued the Purchase and Sale Agreement with the original seller the moment he said he was willing to sell, or should I wait until I'm approved by the actual cash buyer???
