Not new to multi-family but eager to scale...

Hi my name is Horatio I'm located in the Orlando, FL. area and 3 years ago when I lived in upstate New York I managed a 6 unit apartment building for 17 years.  Since selling the building I have been plotting to re-enter the Real Estate investing arena.  My specific question is whether anyone has any insights on a company called "The Multi-Family Mindset" I attended a seminar and wanted to get an unbiased opinion.  Any feedback will be helpful!!
