Hello there , I'm 17 and live in Ireland, so obviously I'm kind of stuck in the mud for Property investing. Irish lenders are incredibly difficult to get a House loan off after the recession in 2008. I had plans to build a 500 square foot log cabin on a bit of land and rent it out as my starter piece. I could build it for around 40 grand. Would Air bnb be better than long term tenants, we live in a sea side area. I Know I could nearly charge 60 a night, or 800 a month. Anyone else done something like this before?
