Newbies Looking for Other Investors in Indianapolis Area

My wife and I are just starting out and are in the saving phase, having cut all our expenses as much as possible. Much of the advice we have gotten is that we shouldn't just spend our time behind books and screens, but get boots on the ground. Get to know who all is in our area, what they think of how the market here is going, and see if there is anyway we can bring value to them. This seems like very sound advice, and we are looking to do just that!

We are in and looking to learn about the Hendricks, Morgan, and Johnson County area housing market. We live or have lived in these counties and are familiar with them. So, if you are anywhere proximate to us, or know someone who is, and are willing to donate a bit of your time to absolute rookies, we would very much like to buy you coffee for a chance to gain some of your insight.
