what banks do deposit onlyc accounts?

i want to eliminate the "it got lost in the mail excuse of tenants" i want to have an account that is deposit only. i also want to have a note on the account, that any attempts to change the status of the account to include withdrawls, must be done by me personally. Any banks someone can recommend that can provide this service?
