Hi everyone , my name is Bao. I’m currently a high school student who’s interested in real estate investing and house hacking . Since I’m also a beginner and a newbie, are there any suggestions for what course should I take ? what books should I read ? and what should I do first when I graduate High School ? ( build credit , save downpayment , ….)
