Hello All, 

I am on the verge of acquiring my first rental property in the city of Philadelphia. But I am in need of finding a solid/ dependable General Contractor or construction team in the Philadelphia area. If anyone has any recommendations or referrals please let me know as it would be a great help. Thank you so much!
