Investment Listing Search for smaller players

Hi Bigger Forums Community,

I am seeking your advice on which listing search websites do you find most efficient in searching for investment properties.

I am a owner of a 1-unit condo and as I look for newer investment properties I spend time across Redfin, Zillow and bunch of online calculators to do the estimates and evaluate property. I then use online docs to consolidate and short list properties.

I was checking if there are options to more easily look for investment specific properties for smaller investors .

Ideally I think it should include listing information, property history , calculators and cash flow in one place. Do you also end up using multiple websites? Appreciate your guidance.

Thanks, R
