HOW TO DEAL WITH A PARTNERSHIP????

Hi good afternoon

I would like to get some recommendations about you guys:

I would like to know, how to deal with a partnership?

Imagine that you have a partner, that just put 50% of the money, to purchase a rental property. but I put the 50% of the money too, I found a good deal, I bring the deal, and I put my time to reach out to the project.

How do you deal with that partnership? I mean how can you calculate my % of the investment considering my time, my deal, and also my 50% of the money?

I will appreciate so much if you help me with that

thank you so much
