1031 Exchange Help?

I am currently doing a remodel on a SFR that we will be putting on the market next week.

We are also under contract for an office building we are acquiring. My plan is to 1031 the SFR right to the office building closing.

My question: the SFR is under my personal name, does that matter for a 1031 because it will be purchased under our name and put in an LLC?

Some guidance would be of help, I appreciate it.
