New investor in Atlanta or surrounding areas

Greetings everyone I am a new investor in the Atlanta area. I am looking to connect with anyone in the Atlanta area to build a nice team with agents wholesalers investors contractors. I am new to real estate investing I want to start off with fix n flips to build up more capital before I purchase buy and holds properties . My only problem is finding a deal in my area that fit my budget. Every property in my area is about 200k with PP and rehab . When my budget is only 150k , the market in Atlanta is very competitive right and extremely high. These deals are on markets I have been searching . I have been in contact with a few wholesalers but the prices still seem to be the same as on market prices. At this time I would like to connect with other investor to kind of get a insight on how things are going. Also my next plan is to gain more capital to be able to purchase those 200k all in flips .
