What are my option for refinancing a bridge loan?

Hi,

I have an opportunity to purchase a portfolio of 13 houses and I am looking into a commercial bridge loan. Once people usually purchase property using a bridge loan, what are the options for refinancing?  Is it possible to sell houses that are within a portfolio before you have refinanced?
