Wisconsin OOS investing

Hello everyone. My wife and I are looking into investing in Wisconsin. We're are looking to use the BRRRR strategy.

We are looking to put together a team and possibly fly out in the next month or so to walk properties.

We’ve done some research and found Kenosha and Racine to have some deals. What’s everyone’s thoughts on Milwaukee?
