What should I and my 3 partners do first

Me and my 3 partners have each been putting down $500 every month for the last 10months ($2000/month) and we would like to start looking into investments. Should we form an LLC first and build business credit for the next six months or should we look to use our FHA home loans since we are all first time buyers.
