Greater charlotte area for rental investment

I am an out of state investor looking into investing in a sfh in concord, moorseville, kannapolis, harrisburg, huntersville area. Goal is a mixture of cashflow and appreciation.

Additionally, I may invest in a pre-construction sfh in these areas.

What are people’s thought about these areas in the context of my goal.

I am in the Charlotte area and highly recommend the areas that you mentioned, Concord, Kannapolis, Harrisburg, Mooresville and Huntersville.  I would add Gastonia, Dallas and Statesville to that list.
