Sell PR for 2 rentals or keep?

I bought my first home a year ago and received an offer to buy. After taxes, morgage pay off, and closing costs I’d have 95k as profit. Would you sell and invest in 2 rentals or keep as a primary residence? I currently have no rentals and would like to start building a rental portfolio. I am single and have no children so I figured I’d rent for a couple of years, save money, and buy again in a couple of years for a primary residence. Newbie to real estate so any insight is appreciated.
