Hello, my question is what would you do if you absolutely had to have a deal but you only have $1000 to make it happen?

Get a second job, eat Ramen Noodles, sleep on my mother's couch until I had the rest of the money to make it happen. $1k doesn't even cover closing costs on a property. It barely covers a good appraisal these days.
