Community Grade Rating
Good evening,
I'm reintroducing myself to RE investing and I've noticed some forums along with some listings include community ratings such as B+, C, etc. I'm assuming this is related to rental expectations in a given local area. How does one determine or come up with a community rating? I believe this may help me decide which area(s) to build my portfolio. Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!
