Hi BP family, my fiance and I just moved from Florida where we had an FHA single property loan and it's now on rent due to the move. When we got here we bought another single family home that's also FHA and we currently reside in. My wish is to get a multi family residence and my sister can qualify for FHA coz she has never owned a property. My question is can I cosign for her even though I have 2 FHA loans and if not how can I structure the deal if she finances it all in her name and I provide some of the down payment?
