How to use OPM for rentals

Hello ,

My name is Dom and i’m 18, I recently got into real estate investing and i’ve been doing a lot of research. I’m ready to take actions just don’t know how to start. All the videos, podcast, and books about real estate investing say use other people’s money to buy rentals. I have no credit, no money. What’s the best advice?
