Hi everyone! 

My husband and I are looking to purchase our second short term rental. Our first STR is in Gatlinburg, TN and has been very lucrative. We live in central Florida and are looking at purchasing a water front property (no higher than 500k- wouldn't mind a condo). Does anyone have any insight on the STR occupancy in Merritt Island? Is it worth considering this area? Thanks!
