Question about corporate taxes and K1

Hello There,

Before we start acquiring prioerties. I have a quick question about taxes and when and how one would report..

Let's say I am a limited partner in property in state A LLC , and limited partener in state B LLC.
My LLC is registered in state C. I am expecting to get K-1s from property in state A and state B.

Am wondering if I need to file federal taxes in both state A and state B respectively..

Thanks in advance..
