Parking Pad Cost - Philadelphia suburbs

Curious if anyone has any experience having a parking pad installed in the rear of a row home and what the costs were. Initial estimates I'm getting have been around $4-5k, which felt steep for a 10x20 or smaller space but I also know there's a lot of demand for many of the trades right now so things could be elevated. Thanks!
