Finally getting my things together and getting my ssn but since it’s too soon for personal credit history to buy a house in PA, I’m looking to make an s-Corp for what I do and use the business history to get a house in PA since it’s way cheaper than NY

I live in NY ,

Is it possible to do this or no ?

Looking for a duplex so I can rent one side .

You should go talk to a few banks.... even with an S-Corp you will most likely be held personally responsible for all the debt incurred by the company. Which means your own credit history is just as important as your company's history.
