I am 18 years old, don’t really have a lot of money to my name, I live in PA and want to start getting into duplexes/apartments to make some money. Just want some general information on where to start, things to look for and those types of things.

Congrats on getting started! Listening to every episode of the BP Rookie podcast is a great way to learn and understand a lot of different things on a rookie level. As for starting out, you don't necessarily need a lot of money in order to purchase a house hack, which is what I'd suggest you look into. You can get into a property with as low as 3.5% down on FHA and 5% on conventional, two great options that will allow you to buy a house and rent the rooms.
