I’m looking for tips on what to look for while driving for dollars, what are good websites used to find information on potential sellers, any advice to give, and even contacts to reach out too if there’s a potential deal to be made.

Joshua Parnell, I have an old friend who bought his first three lots with a 3/2 block house with two car garage, next door, in South Semiole Heights, for $3000 when he got back from World War II. He kept doing that throughout the 50's. He bought two 3000 sq. foot Ranch homes, brick, one is on the lake and the other is across the street. They had the roofs torn off by a Tornado...he rebuilt them and moved into the one on the lake to rent the other. Some people look for Flooded and Fire Damaged properties. My friend goes to Estate Sales and always inquires if the family is Selling the home? Everybody wants the Wholesaler Deals and the list of properties to Buy Now with Cash. Local Knowledge is one of the reasons you look for an Agent/Broker to help you. You could look to make a friend with your Bank Manager and see if he has the Seconds list that you could make offers on? Auction properties? Tax-deed Sales? My current Broker is just eliminating all the ya, ya, ya and building one type of 3/2 house in the Seminole Heights area For Sale as she finds an affordable Lot to buy. There are Many Ways to Skin the Cat and you are asking for it all with what we call, "Mao Beijada..." A Kissed Hand.
